The Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre (KLPac) located in Sentul Park, mainly comprise of events which were performed by various local artistes.  I’ve heard numerous times that this situated location is an ideal place for landscape photoshooting.

So I met up with Dennis on Friday afternoon as we planned to have our photoshoot there. The skies were bright in blue with a sunny weather, exactly what we’ve desired for a day with photoshooting. Reaching KLPac, we were proven wrong again with the gloomy weather storming in.

It wasn’t the best time to shoot with the drizzle of rain that came upon us, but we moved on. Started with the landscape photoshooting around the surrounding of KLPac.

You may have noticed by now that most of the shots above are with walkway. These shots were taken in a manner that it symbolizes the journal of life. At certain point of life, I would want my journey of life to be straight, successful, and smooth. Thank GOD for he has answered my prayers.

The surrounding of KLPac park is filled with greens, making it a comfortable and peaceful environment to relax in. Upon finishing the landscaping photoshoot, we moved on to KLPac.

I love the place much, as it has bricks walls in its original form and color. A sight on these walls does more than enough in making me feeling cozy, just as though I’m in a traditional British cottage.

What caught my eyes next would be these adorable paintings for sale, designed and painted by children. Kids these days are talented.

Met up with Dennis on Friday as we planned to do a photoshoot at the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre (KLPac). As usual, we’ll hang around in Pavilion KL and our lunch would be there too.

Dennis have been learning flute for the past two years if you were to follow his blog at Denslee

Finally, I’ve got the chance to meet the man that used to teach him flute for a year; Sean Kung. Apparently Sean was asked to play at the Oriental Arts located in Pavilion KL.

So we decided to pay him a surprise visit before we head for our lunch, since Sean didn’t want to reveal the location that he will be playing. It was a 45 minutes non-stop show for us.

Griffin PowerDuo Reserve

// November 25th, 2009 // 6 Comments » // Review

Alright, I owe the internet society an update now since it has been more than a week. I’ve been a proud owner of the iPhone 3GS for more than a month now. Up to date, it never fail me and I’m glad to say that it didn’t cease charming me while getting me jumping in excitement each time there’s a new cool app appearing in the App Store.

After two weeks owning an iPhone, I’m tempted every now and then to get accessories for it. As you may have already known, iPhone battery don’t last long especially heavy user like me that tweets all day utilizing 3G connection. So I got myself a Griffin PowerDuo Reserve. Basically, it’s a rechargeable battery pack where I can plug it in my iPhone and charge on the go.

The Griffin PowerDuo Reserve comes with 2 chargers; Home Charger & Car Charger.

The battery pack, a small piece of device which you can easily slide it into your pocket. Neat eh? When your iPhone battery drains up, it’s time to plug it in and see the miracle.

And so yesterday, I fully utilized my iPhone battery so that I may plug in this baby. After plugging in, I’ve managed to increase the battery life of my iPhone by an additional 20%. That’s all? Did anyone pull the plug? Wait, it stopped charging because it has been drained completely!

Apparently this device only managed to increase iPhone 3GS battery life by 20 -35%. So much of an excitement that I’ve expected based on the manual.

PowerDuo V

Well, can’t expect much from the Griffin PowerDuo Reserve when the product is less than MYR 200. I do hope they improve the battery pack capacity though.

At least I do managed to get an additional 20% of battery life during emergency time. Due to that, I’ll give the product 3 out of 5 stars.
