Muzika & Petrosains

// January 25th, 2010 // 4 Comments » // Places

Muzika; The science of music exhibition is located right next to Petrosains Discovery Center. Visited both Muzika & Petrosains on last Sunday after morning session of photoshooting on Petronas Twin Tower.

At a price of MYR 15 per pax, we got ourselves a combo ticket to both entrance. How cheap could it get? Malaysia Boleh!

Started by visiting Muzika, a 45 minutes session would be more than enough to cover everything inside.

Right after Muzika, we headed for Petrosains Discovery Center. Queued 10-15 minutes for the Dark Ride, which is the only ride to enter Petrosains. Checked in at close to 1100, and by the time we checked out it was 1500. A gruesome journey it has been for me suffocating inside.

The world of infinity, how cool is that.

Best shot of the day for Muzika & Petrosains would be this.

Call me a kid or being childish but I just love it.

palate palette restaurant & bar

In an urban area that filled with skyscrapers, there is a back lane located behind an office tower. Located at that back lane, palate palette was born. With tight schedule on hand and a hectic mind, one heads toward their designated direction without noticing the surrounding.

If you work around the Golden Triangle area, you would want to drop by palate palette. A small restaurant & bar filled with buzz from locals to tourists which majority of them are backpackers. Though the size of the shop is relatively small, it has nice ambient and decorative arts.

Main question that everyone wants to know, how’s the food? Only one word that cross my mind on the food served there, FABULOUS!

Butter Bread Roll as starter, followed by Palate Salad, Lamb & Onion, and Cheese & Stead Sandwich. The highly recommended one will be the sandwich. Two thumbs up for that.

Walls around the restaurant are painted uniquely, simple yet with a touch of creativity.

Craving for food? Visit palate palette for your next meal. Can’t decide what to order? You may check out their menu online before making your way there. It’s that simple, Love. Laugh. Live.

Berjaya Hills Resort – Bukit Tinggi (Part III)

// January 16th, 2010 // 2 Comments » // Places

We drove between Japanese Village and Colmar Tropicale since it was not in walking distance. Decided to pay a visit to the Rabbit Park and Dennis behaved like a kid wanting to take a shuttle there instead of driving and so we did.

The Rabbit Park; consist of not only rabbits but pony ride. Unfortunately the ticket price for pony ride is expensive and not to mention that I’m ridiculously overweight, therefore we skipped the ride. It’s my first encounter with baby rabbits at the park and they are furry cute.

This is the coolest rabbit of all, I call him the Rocker Rabbit.

Back to Colmar Tropicale followed by teatime, mocha latte & tiramisu

The skies turned gloomy and sunset was nearing, it was then we bid farewell. Before that, self portrait shots at Colmar Tropicale.
